In designing this application, we have employed advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. This cutting-edge approach combines the power of searching authoritative scientific sources with the ability of language models to generate accurate and contextually relevant text.
Unlike conventional chatbots that rely solely on the internal memory of language models, RAG enables the system to retrieve the necessary information in real time from a scientific knowledge base and generate fact-based responses.
We chose this technology because in the field of pathology, accuracy, traceability, and reliance on trusted sources are of critical importance.
To ensure this, our application’s knowledge base is built from pathology reference books, peer-reviewed articles, reputable scientific websites, and structured medical data. RAG guarantees that every response is grounded in these reliable sources.
